Hot to use PC Keyboard on the android Virtual device or Emulator

If you upgrade the eclipse to latest version by default its does not allow to use pc keyboard.

So you have to follow the below steps to enable the pc keyboard on your application

Steps to follow:

1. Goto Windows menu in eclipse and select AVD manager

2. Select the AVD and click the edit button

3. In below you can find the hardware there click new button

4. Select keyboard support from the property dropdown and select ok

5. In the value set the value as ‘YES’

6. Now restart your virtual device

7. Now you can keying through your pc keyboard.
